CREATINE MONO+ Dosage:
Mix one serving of the product, which is 4.1 g (1 scoop), in 200 ml of water. Consume one serving per day.
On training days: Take one serving 30 minutes before training or one serving immediately after training.
On non-training days: Take one serving in the morning upon waking or one serving before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving size.
